IV AEBCh Colloquium 2024

During my undergraduate studies in Science with a major in Biology, I had the opportunity to serve as president of the Chilean Biology Students’ Association (AEBCh) from 2012 to 2014. During those years, I organized two annual meetings: in 2013 at the University of Chile and in 2014 at the Catholic University of Temuco. Additionally, I initiated a series of colloquia, which consisted of lectures by academics from the member universities aimed at the broader university community.

During my trip to Chile in 2024, I had the opportunity to participate in these colloquia as a speaker, presenting my postdoctoral research to undergraduate students at my alma mater. This experience was both enriching and motivating, allowing me to remain connected to this organization.
