Deep waters quiet mind

Water Echoes
Online group exhibition, The Analog Dispatch. Curated by Lao Ségur, 2026.

An analog photograph selected for Water Echoes, a group exhibition considering water not only as a subject, but as a changing material presence within the image. Moving between reflection, texture, memory, and transformation, the exhibition brings together diverse approaches to how water inhabits photographic space. The project will soon extend beyond its online platform in a physical exhibition format.

Permanencia Moderna

Permanencia
Group exhibition, Centro Cultural Hojalata, Chillán, Chile. Curated by Luz Bravo, 2026.

An analog photograph selected for Permanencia, a collective exhibition bringing together 20 works by photographers from Chile, Venezuela, Brazil, and Mexico. The exhibition approaches analog photography as a practice of resistance: visible grain, chromatic shifts, and the impermanence of film become physical inscriptions of time and matter. Through these traces, the territory emerges as a living body, marked by its own wounds and set against narratives of progress.

Brillo, descarte y absolescencia en transito

El peso del intervalo de matinée

La Ciudad Sorprendida: Fotografía Urbana Latinoamericana
Collective photobook, Factor Literario, 2026.

Two photographs included in a collective photobook bringing together nineteen photographers from across Latin America. Moving through cities and territories in Argentina, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico, Ecuador, and Guatemala, the book looks beyond the postcard image of the city. It pauses instead at everyday gestures, bodies, streets, solitude, collective life, and material traces of time.

Through documentary black-and-white and color photography, La ciudad sorprendida invites the reader to slow down and look again at what is usually crossed, overlooked, or left unseen.

border. — Issue #12: Street Photography
Digital magazine feature, Tijuana, Mexico, 2026.

Two photographs selected for the twelfth issue of border., an independent magazine created from Tijuana—a place shaped by movement, crossings, and multiple ways of seeing. Centered on street photography, the issue approaches the camera as a tool for attention: a means of remaining with the ordinary long enough for it to reveal its own stories.

The publication gathers photographs that transform passing gestures, anonymous encounters, and familiar streets into small documents of collective memory.

Ephemere Photo Fest — Ephemerality
Group exhibition and printed journal, Tokyo, Japan, October 2025.

A photographic essay selected for Ephemerality, one of the open calls presented at Ephemere Photo Fest. The work, drawn from my ongoing photobook project Las horas del día, was included in a group exhibition featuring 200 works by photographers from around the world and published in Ephemere’s first printed journal.

Bringing together selected projects from the open calls Ephemerality, Permanence, and Duality, the exhibition explored the delicate relationship between the fleeting and the enduring in contemporary photography.
